1. When transporting and installing the kettle body in place, it is important to avoid damaging the magnetic stirrer on the top of the kettle cover. The reaction kettle operation room requires good ventilation and meets explosion-proof requirements. Install the equipment on a bracket and level it with diagonal iron on the four supports, keeping the equipment perpendicular to the ground. Equipment with flammable and explosive reaction media should be equipped with grounding devices that prevent static electricity to prevent potential electrostatic hazards.

2. Select matching sealing gaskets based on the reactor medium, design pressure, and design temperature. Sealing gaskets should be installed between the kettle body and kettle cover, magnetic stirrer and kettle cover, and each pipe flange, and the bolts should be tightened again. When tightening the bolts, they should be evenly tightened according to the principle of diagonal distribution, and should be tightened in 2-3 times to prevent the bolts from leaning upwards, damaging the sealing gasket, and affecting the sealing effect.

3. Add No. 13 compressor oil or No. 46 mechanical oil to the oil tank of the reducer, and the oil level should be increased to the specified mark. The lubricating oil should be replaced regularly. If the temperature in the winter where it is used is low, it is necessary to replace the appropriate mechanical oil according to the local actual situation.

4. If it is a high-temperature and high-speed magnetic stirrer, lubricating oil should be added to the bearing oil injection port before use. In the future, lubricating oil should be regularly added from the oil injection hole. After injection, the screw plug should be tightened.

5. Before starting the reaction kettle mixer equipment, cooling water should be introduced into the outer water jacket of the magnetic stirrer. The lower end is the water inlet, and the upper end is the water outlet. A separate cooling water system should be used. Cooling water is not allowed to enter the cooling water jacket of the magnetic stirrer through the cooling coil inside the kettle. When starting the stirrer, adjust the water pressure to slightly overflow from the upper outlet, Do not adjust the water pressure to prevent excessive water pressure from entering the gearbox inside the gearbox.

In order to ensure the service life of the bearings installed inside the kettle, a cooling water jacket is installed on the external support of the stirring shaft inside the kettle. If the temperature of the equipment is too high, cooling water should be circulated to reduce the temperature, and the inlet and outlet should not be reversed.

6. The equipment supporting control cabinet and frequency converter should be placed in a dry and well ventilated separately set electrical control workshop.

7. Before starting the agitator of the reaction kettle, first confirm whether the corresponding mechanical oil has been added to the reducer. Then, fold off the motor cap and rotate the motor fan blade by hand to confirm whether the stirring shaft in the kettle is in normal operation. Confirm the positive rotation and continue to rotate the fan blade until the stirring shaft in the kettle rotates one circle. During the rotation process, carefully listen for any abnormal sounds inside the magnetic stirrer. If there are no abnormalities, then jog the motor, Observe the positive and negative rotation of the stirring shaft in the kettle, and adjust the wiring of the motor or adjust the frequency converter for reverse rotation.

8. When the stirring speed of the equipment is greater than 80r/min, the motor cannot be started directly at the working speed. It is necessary to slowly increase the stirring speed through a frequency converter. Otherwise, excessive resistance of the stirrer may cause overload of the magnetic stirrer, resulting in damage to the stirrer or burning of the motor.

9. After the above work is completed, a sealing test shall be conducted according to the working pressure, and a inert gas shall be introduced to maintain the pressure for 15 to 30 minutes. The overall equipment shall be checked for leaks. If there are no leaks, the material can be put into production.

10. All valves should not be closed too tightly during use to avoid damaging the sealing surface.

11. After feeding, the pressure increase must be carried out slowly. Similarly, when reducing pressure inside the kettle, it should also be gradually reduced.

12. Due to the harsh working environment of the reactor, it can seriously affect the service life of bearings and shaft sleeves. If abnormal friction or vibration sounds occur during normal operation of the equipment, it indicates that the friction gap between the bearings or shaft sleeves is too large and needs to be replaced immediately.

13. The blasting relief device should be tested to ensure its accurate and reliable operation, and the working environment of the equipment should meet the requirements of technical specifications.

14. Connect the explosion relief port directly to the outdoor through a pipeline during installation!

15. When the stainless steel reaction kettle magnetic stirrer kettle is out of service for a long time, the inside and outside of the kettle should be cleaned and wiped clean without any water or other materials, especially in colder areas during winter when the equipment is not in use.
